As a small chamber choir, membership subscriptions produce less income than that of larger choirs, but we have the same outgoings in conductor’s, soloists’ and venue fees.

We are totally dependent on ticket sales, awards, grants and donations to fund our concert expenses.

Become a friend

Become an active part of our choir by becoming a friend. At £40 p.a., you will receive a free refreshment at concerts, opportunities to meet Steve and recognition in our concert programmes.

We have sung at numerous events such as weddings, village festivals, memorials and carol singing.

Concert venue costs have now risen to the region of £500 for an evening.

Sponsor musicians

We hire between 2 to 15 musicians for each concert. Hiring costs vary between £300-500 per concert. Many are young graduates.
